At InsuranceLeadsIndia.com, we strive to provide high-quality and exclusive insurance leads to our clients. Since our products are digital in nature, there is no physical return of leads once delivered. However, we do provide a fair Refund & Replacement Policy under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
A lead may qualify for refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The contact information provided is invalid or non-working (e.g., wrong phone number/email).
- The lead is a duplicate already delivered to you.
- The lead details are irrelevant or mismatched to the category ordered (e.g., received auto insurance lead instead of health insurance).
- No leads were assigned to your order within 60 days of purchase. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund.
Please note: Partial refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.
2. Non-Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Leads that were delivered successfully but the prospect did not show interest.
- Leads that were contacted late and became unresponsive.
- Partial refunds for orders where some leads have already been delivered.
3. Resolution Method
Wherever possible, we will provide a replacement lead for any invalid or duplicate lead. In case replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

- Select a replacement reason from the dropdown list
- Add any additional comments if needed
- Submit your request for review
🕒 Time Limit: All replacement requests must be submitted within 72 hours of lead delivery.
