This Replacement Policy explains when and how you can request a replacement lead.


1. When Leads Qualify for Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement lead if:

  • The lead contains invalid contact information (non-working phone number or email).
  • The lead is a duplicate already delivered to you.
  • The lead details are completely irrelevant to the insurance category ordered.

2. When Leads Do Not Qualify for Replacement

Leads will not be replaced in the following cases:

  • The prospect was contacted late and became unresponsive.
  • The lead showed no interest in your service.
  • Incorrect use of the filters or category selection during the order.
  • Leads successfully delivered but not converted into sales (conversion is not guaranteed).

3. Resolution Process

For each valid replacement request, we will provide an alternate lead of the same category at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery. All requests are reviewed by our quality assurance team before approval.
