Refund & Replacement Policy

At LoanLeadsIndia.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality, exclusive loan leads to our clients. This Refund & Replacement Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may request a replacement or refund.


 

1. Lead Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement

A lead may be considered invalid if:

  • The phone number is disconnected, switched off permanently, or invalid.
  • The email address provided is incorrect or not functional.
  • The lead details are completely wrong or irrelevant to the selected loan type.
  • The same lead is delivered more than once (duplicate).

How to Request a Replacement

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving the lead.
  • Requests must include proof (such as call recordings, screenshots, or notes) showing why the lead is invalid.
  • Valid replacement requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 working days.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • If the borrower is not interested anymore.
  • If the borrower’s requirement changes after lead generation.
  • If the borrower does not respond to calls/messages despite valid contact information.
  • If the borrower delays decision-making or chooses another lender.

 

2. Refund Policy

Full Refunds

A full refund will be provided only in the following cases:

  • No lead is delivered within 60 days of the order.
  • A technical error on our platform prevents lead delivery entirely.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Once a lead has been delivered, it is not eligible for refund, even if the borrower does not convert.
  • Leads rejected due to non-responsiveness, borrower disinterest, or change of requirement.
  • Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Processing Time

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


 

3. General Conditions

  • All replacement and refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email.
  • Phone calls or verbal communication will not be accepted as valid claims.
  • LoanLeadsIndia.com reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement/refund request after verification.
  • Misuse of the replacement/refund policy may result in account suspension or termination.
